Our Online Ordering System has now been in use since November 2002. We have
hundreds of new names added to our mail list and many happy ordering experiences
according to our Patron's comments after using the system. The biggest part
of our budget goes towards programming rather than towards administration
which is why the system has been a big help for easy ordering for our Patrons
as well as reduced administrative requirement on our box office.
We appreciate that our Patrons took the time to make these comments about
their ordering experience. The comments are shown with
their own exclamation marks and smiley faces of enthusiasm:

system shines! With its ability to offer around the clock access to
ordering all of the remaining shows and the ability for the system
to do edits to be sure the order is right, using the system is like
adding multiple quality people to your staff.
