NJ Ballet - Oct. 30 and 31, 2004

In an eagerly awaited awaited autumn event, the New Jersey Ballet will make its annual return to the Centenary Performing Arts Guild this month with two exciting performances on Saturday, Oct 30 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, October 31st at 5 p.m. Celebrating 44 years of acclaimed programming, this renowned company features dancers of international stature from the United States, Russia, Bulgaria, Japan South American and Mongolia.

The performances include some of the greatest works in the contemporary and classic repertory, including one of George Balanchine’s most romantic works, the Valse Fantasies with music by Michael Glinka. Other works on the program for the October performances at Centenary include the Black Swan Pas de Deux from Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake, the sensuous and fiery Pas de Deux from Carmen, with chorography by George Tomal, selections the ballet La Peri, and Balanchine’s tribute to George Gershwin, “Who Cares.”

Individual Tickets

Tickets for the NJ Ballet are $20 general admission, $17.50 for seniors and students, and $15 for children/12.

Individual Tickets (and Subscription Purchases, when available) can be purchased through our Secure Online Ordering System or by calling the Centenary Stage Company Box office at 908-979-0900. Tickets are also available at Greene's Beans Coffee Shop on High Street in Hackettstown.

Centenary Stage Company is often referred to as "the best deal in the state." Though the season has already started, it's not too late to enjoy a discount by purchasing the season subscription. This event can be purchased as a part of a discounted season subscription purchase. Centenary Stage Company offers several subscription plans for its season with the mission of making arts affordable for all. Patrons. You may choose:

Series A subscription, which includes seven events: all four of the CSC Concerts as well as all three productions in the professional Centenary Stage Company Season, for a total price of $80.

Series B Subscription, priced at $65, allows patrons to choose any five events from the CSC season Bundled with productions.

Series C subscription - Patrons interested exclusively in theatre may select a Series C subscription, priced at $45, which includes the three professional Equity Centenary Stage Company productions.
